Saipem’s IvarAasen project for the Norwegian company Det Norske ended in the port of Arbatax on a wonderful sunny day.
The project began in August 2014 and Edithink’s staff participated in various sessions, documenting the main phases of realization with TV cameras and time-lapse photography down to the final stage: the sailaway of the jacket.
In the same Arbatax shipyard, more than 10 years ago in 2004, Edithink participated in the filming of the Sabratha project, a large jacket installed in the Gulf of Sidra off the coast of Libya.
For Edithink the mission in Sardinia was a return to a land that brought us much luck and many satisfactions and we hope it will soon be the setting of new adventures.
