Edithink participated in the filming of a special fire service training exercise for an important client.
An accident simulation was held in an approximately 1000 m deep tunnel currently being dug in Benevento Province.

Although the event was a simulation, the filmed operations took place in the tunnel using real people rather than dummies in order to make the situation as realistic as possible.
The main protagonists were the Benevento Fire Brigade, who did their utmost in the activity with various teams, each with specific skills. Also the Fire Brigade’s helicopter provided support for the transport of the rescuers and the injured person.

The shooting was done in large part inside the tunnel, where the presence of mud and the poor lighting put our video cameras to a severe test. A second, external camera did the filming of the final phases of the operation.
